Your purchase may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Refunds are only allowed for sellable merchandise. Sellable merchandise is an unopened bag still in its original condition. For all refunds/credits you must have proof of purchase. If you don’t have proof of purchase we will not be able to offer a refund or credit. Proof of purchase is your email confirmation, the packing slip received with the shipment, or your order number.

What are the shipping charges for returning an order?

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping confirmation. No fees will be assessed with a cancellation. However, once an order has shipped it will be the customer’s responsibility to return the merchandise in its original packaging for a refund. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that NATURAGAIN UK LIMITED ships the wrong item we will make good on the order by correcting the issues at our own expense. Shipping services will be through standard Fedex Ground for all ‘make good’ shipments.
